• Safely assemble and tune a bike (or possesses the technical aptitude to be trained to do so).
• Deliver world-class retail customer service in-person, over the phone, or digitally (email/text/video/etc).
• Articulate the difference in flavor between an IPA and a Pilsner.

If so, we have a fun, fast-paced job for you! Note that prior experience in all of these fields is appreciated, but definitely not required... if you're hungry to learn, we can train you! Full-time benefits include medical & IRA contribution matching, and fringe benefits include free demo bike use, a beer at the end of each shift, deep discounts on bikes, parts, and gear, etc!  Hourly wages range from $17-25/hr, based on experience.

Bicycle Brüstop is an 10½ year old bike shop and beer garden, located in Downtown Novato. Our locally-owned shop has worked tirelessly to earn a reputation as the go-to bike shop in Marin County by offering a carefully curated line-up of quality cycling products and delivering top-tier repair service. We typically return bikes to our customers in 48hrs or less, even during our busiest season, including in-house suspension overhauls, hydraulic brake bleeds, hand-built wheels, etc. Our draft lines are fed an ever-changing menu of locally-produced beers, creating a welcoming space for cyclists to enjoy a relaxing post-ride brew.
