Store Policies (Refunds, etc)

IN-STORE PICKUP

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Other items (e.g. bicycles) may require additional processing time for proper assembly and tuning. We will text or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping

To protect our business from fraud, we will not fulfill any order that does not [at a minimum] have billing & shipping information that match. If we know you, and we have done business with you in the past, please reach out to us directly with any special requests, and we'll always do our best to take care of you!

A Few Things to Note:

  • If you purchase a bike that is already assembled and is on our sales floor, our service department will need 3-5 days to partially disassemble the bike and carefully box it for shipment. Thank you for your patience as we make sure your new bike gets to you in perfect condition!
  • Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight.
  • Sorry, we do not ship outside of the Continental U.S.
  • Our website's shipping calculator is not infallible, if it shows a shipping charge that you think looks wacky, text us and we'll have a human look at it!

RETURNS

If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, please let us know!  We want you to be stoked on your purchase.  To receive a refund, items must be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase in the original, undamaged packaging, with tags attached and in like-new condition.  Additional restrictions apply including (but not limited to) the following:

  • All bike sales are final - no returns.
  • No returns on tools.
  • No returns on tubes.  (We will exchange for the right size if you just purchased the wrong size.)
  • Apparel must not have been worn, must have the tags attached, and be in like-new condition.  At our discretion, certain apparel items will not be returned under any circumstances for sanitary reasons (e.g. padded cycling shorts that are worn without underwear).
  • Shipping fees are not refundable, and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to get the item back to us, whether that is in-store or via shipping.
  • Labor fees are not refundable, e.g. the assembly fee for custom built wheels.

PRICES AND INFORMATION

We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and inventory levels in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us. Thank you!
